How DSV validated their GDP-compliant logistics center with Eupry

Before DSV Sweden could utilize their new logistics center, they needed to ensure its ability to maintain temperature conditions in a way that was both swift and GDP compliant.

Temperature mapping that just works

Go hands-on with a leased GxP-compliant mapping kit designed to perform quick and reliable studies in highly regulated industries like pharma, biotech, and logistics – or let our validation team take care of the study for you.

Consult our experts

Discuss your needs with our validation specialists to pinpoint the ideal equipment amount and type for your specific study.

Recieve the kit

You receive a mapping kit containing everything you need. The kit contains:

  • Calibrated, wireless data loggers compliant with GMP guidelines.
  • Access to specialized validation software ensuring data integrity
  • 4G router including SIM card
Plan the study

Create test plans and define data logger locations in the adjoining software. Need a hand? Our team specializes in risk mitigation and can guide you.

Setup without issues

Place the loggers, plug the router into power, and connect all loggers with just one click.

Track the study

The wireless data loggers will now automatically send data to the validation software allowing you to track the process in real-time and act on any issues right away.

Simple reporting

The software provides various tools for you to analyze data efficiently.

With the audit trail, it is easy to process a non-conformity or prove that everything is within set parameters, so we can have the report ready in compliance with GMP requirements.

Return the kit

After wrapping up your study, all you need to do is return the kit. We will conduct exit calibration of the equipment, and once that is done, you can access the calibration certificate directly in the software, ensuring your audit trail is intact.

How the full mapping service works

From protocol to on-site conduction of the study and finalized report: Our team of experienced validation experts handles every step of the way.

The short version:

  1. You tell us what you need (or we figure it out together)
  2. We create the protocol and you sign off

Add on: IQ and OQ of your unit – one provider for the full validation process

As an extra service, our team can also manage your units' installation qualification (IQ) and operational qualification (OQ), saving you time, hassle, and cost compared to handling the process internally or coordinating with multiple providers.

  • One provider for the full validation
  • Cost- and time-optimized process
  • Full GxP compliance confidence

How it works

  • Installation qualification (IQ): Our team verifies that the unit is installed correctly according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
  • Operational qualification (OQ): We ensure that the unit meets all URS requirements, such as maintaining the required conditions and triggering alarms.

The performance qualification (PQ) validates the unit’s performance under actual working conditions and is covered in our different mapping offerings.

Tailored for your conditions

From freezers and fridges to warehouses and containers: Regardless of the type, number, and size of equipment, the solution accommodates them and adapts to any scale. See the specifics on mapping of different equipment.

The solutions also apply to both:

  • Operational qualification (OQ): Typically, empty room studies to ensure that the equipment operates to the needed standard.
  • Performance qualification (PQ): To validate equipment function, we simulate real-world conditions with full rooms or “dummy packages”. This also includes testing for power failures and door openings.
