Detailed specifications for Differential Pressure Sensor

The External Differential Pressure Sensor (P4P2) is a digital sensor designed for monitoring pressure differentials in cleanrooms, laboratories, operating rooms, and ventilation systems. The sensor measures differential pressure from -120 Pa to +120 Pa with typical accuracy of ±0.12 Pa plus 0.1% of range, providing 16-bit resolution (0.0037 Pa calculated). With response time under 2 milliseconds and annual drift below 0.12 Pa per year, the sensor delivers reliable real-time monitoring for contamination control and air quality management. The plug-and-play design enables installation in seconds, connecting via 4mm diameter tubing to monitor pressure differences across filters, rooms, or ventilation zones. When paired with Eupry data loggers, the sensor captures measurements every 30 seconds for continuous monitoring. Eupry provides automated calibration service, automatically sending new calibrated sensors when needed with no request required. ISO 17025 accredited calibration certificates are directly accessible within the monitoring software. The compact ABS casing (71 x 55 x 21mm, 45 grams) with 100mm wire length enables flexible mounting in space-constrained environments. The sensor supports critical applications including cleanroom qualification, HVAC system validation, laboratory safety compliance, and operating room pressure cascade verification.
