The challenges you face yoday

Current dataloggers leave critical gaps in GxP monitoring workflows. The SD1STH was designed to close every one of them.

  • Poor local visibility

When an alarm triggers, you get an SMS or email — but understanding the details requires logging into the platform. No immediate feedback on-site.

    • On-screen current temperature, min/max, and trends — visible at a glance
  • No local alarming

Most loggers only alarm via the cloud. If an excursion happens, the device stays silent and on-site staff are never alerted.

    • Real-time audio buzzer and red LED light alerts directly on the unit
  • Blind during outages

Current loggers store data offline but cannot alarm locally. During a power or connection loss, you have no idea if thresholds are being breached.

    • Island mode: 30-day battery + 160K measurement buffer with local alarming active
  • Delayed routine data

Default upload intervals of 12 hours mean the platform can be hours behind reality. You cannot see current conditions without physically being on-site.

    • Real-time data upload every minute — on-screen and in the platform simultaneously
  • Difficult connection debugging

When WiFi issues arise, there are few options to diagnose problems on-site without calling technical support. Connection problems can persist for hours.

    • On-screen connection status and WiFi debugging tools — no laptop needed

Key functionalities

Everything you need for compliant temperature monitoring, built into a single device.

Audio-visual alarming: Real-time audio and visual alarming when thresholds are breached. Bright red LEDs are visible from across the room. The audible buzzer can be muted with a single button press on the screen.

Real-time data: Data from connected sensors updates on-screen in real time, and is sent to the Eupry monitoring platform every minute. No more 12-hour delays — see current conditions on-site and online simultaneously.

Island mode: In case of power or connection failure, the SD1STH switches to battery power with up to 30 days of autonomy and local storage for 160,000 measurements — while maintaining full local alarming functionality.

Compliance at a glance: See everything you need on the display without opening a laptop: current temperature, alarm levels, min/max temperatures for the last 24 hours, temperature trends, and connection status.

Min/max thermometer: The on-screen min/max display for the last 24 hours works just like a traditional min/max thermometer — providing at-a-glance confirmation that readings have stayed within specification, even without an internet connection.
