What is dual compliance?

Dual compliance means monitoring both the transit environment and the product instead of relying on shipment-level tracking alone. Continuous environmental data from warehouses, aircraft, and trucks provides a compliance baseline for every product passing through. Smart Labels add individual tracking where risk demands it. The two data layers merge into one report per shipment.

Does dual compliance replace individual shipment monitoring entirely?

No. The platform gives you the data to make strategic decisions about which shipments need individual Smart Labels. High-value biologics, new routes, or shipments with specific regulatory requirements may still warrant individual tracking. The difference is that you choose based on risk – not because you have no other option.

How does the Dual Compliance Platform meet GDP and GMP requirements?

The platform is designed for FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 compliance. Continuous environmental monitoring provides the documented evidence that facilities maintain validated conditions.
